I had a great stay at a hotel in a really convenient location. The spacious and clean room was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly and spoke English. The breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was delicious with a mix of both Western and Chinese dishes. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Easy to reach a metro station in front of the hotel. The restaurant was located within 900 feet. We would love to come back here some time if we go to Guangzhou.

The hotel staff is very helpful and the service is excellent. The hotel location is perfect. It is close to the subway, varaiety of resturants, and shopping center.

Great value for money, very spacious rooms with comfortable beds and clean facilities. The view from our window was breathtaking and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We were close to public transportation, shopping areas, and restaurants. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus and made it easy to share photos of our romantic escape on social media.
The staff's limited English skills made it difficult to communicate and ask for recommendations. the hotel lacked a restaurant in-house, so we had to venture out for meals.

Internet was not working properly, they refused to fix it, refused to compensate, and few of the servants speak proper english.

It was a good location , the room was good and clean...
The main problem is with the stuff there, they don't know english at all and they make a lot of mess up coz of this.They don't even know their own menu for room service and is very hard to comunicate with them.

The hotel provided free bottles of water and raincoats during our stay. Its location is very convenient, with a nearby shopping mall that has a great selection of restaurants and a supermarket. The hotel room was spacious and had a separate bath and shower.
Some staff have difficulty understanding English and there were no maps of the city available. There were times when the TV reception was poor.

the room, clear and big enough
staff absolutely not helpful, brakfast mostly with chinese food, in this hotel there is some offices on firsts 10th floor, so the lift is always busy in the morning. For me was impossible to use the swimming pool... and staff can not explain why.

Located in a peaceful area, spacious rooms with clean facilities, good water pressure and free wi-fi. Staff is well trained, providing excellent service. Close to a subway station and main shopping malls. Nightlife options with good security.
